SignSparkAI creates LED-ready advertising around the real size and shape of your sign. This guide explains the main controls in plain English and helps you choose the right workflow.
Choose your actual LED sign. Save the real pixel matrix for the display you are creating for. SignSpark uses that shape and resolution when composing the ad.
Tell SignSpark what you want to advertise. A simple request is usually best: the offer, event, product, service, or message. SignSpark supplies the creative direction.
Create, then refine. Use Update Ad for a specific correction or Give Me Another Idea when you want another concept.
Brand Kit stores your business name, exact uploaded logo, and brand colors. Turn it on when you want SignSpark to use that identity in the creative.
Brand Forward: saved brand colors visibly drive the design.
Flexible: the logo and brand remain recognizable, but SignSpark gets more palette and layout freedom.
If Brand Colors is unchecked, Logo Hero can still work while the rest of the palette has greater freedom.
This tells SignSpark to make the logo and brand identity a major creative element instead of treating the logo as a small supporting mark.
It may make the logo more prominent, draw layout inspiration from the logo, and use the logo's visual personality and colors to shape the advertisement.
Best for: mascots, distinctive wordmarks, restaurant brands, dealerships, schools, teams, and businesses where brand recognition should dominate.
Leave it off when: the offer, product, service, or other subject should dominate and the logo should support it.
Use this when the advertisement must feature a real customer-supplied subject, such as a vehicle, product, food item, property, person, storefront, or other real photo.
SignSpark builds the ad around the uploaded subject. The source photo is temporary session input and is not saved as the original photo in My Designs.
When a customer photo is active, the photo becomes the main hero and Logo Hero is disabled.
Give Me Another Idea creates another concept from the same advertising idea.
Update Ad changes something specific about the current design, such as a price, date, headline, or requested detail.
Successful versions are saved separately so earlier designs remain available.
Use Adapt when the same advertising message needs to work on another saved LED display. SignSpark rebuilds the composition for the new sign shape instead of simply stretching the original pixels.
Your original design remains unchanged and the adapted result is saved as a new related design.
The preview inside SignSpark is scaled to fit the browser. The LED PNG retains the native pixel dimensions of the selected sign.
Extra-wide physical signs may use a working/master artwork strategy and can offer a full-artwork download. This is intentional for unusual LED aspect ratios.
New eligible accounts receive three free designs after email verification. Paid plans use SignSpark credits for creative operations.
If a technical failure deducts credits without delivering a usable design, contact SignSparkAI support so the transaction can be reviewed.
